If delivery is delayed, the buyer will be notified by email and/or telephone, together with information about the expected delivery date. Orders delivered by a third party are subject to that party's delivery, liability and transport terms. In accordance with the above, the seller accepts no liability for lost shipments or for damage that may occur to goods in transit. If goods are lost or damaged before they are delivered by the third party, the loss is at the buyer's risk.

The seller is also entitled to full right to confirm orders by telephone. If a price is changed after an order has been placed, the price in effect at the time the order was made shall apply. All prices on the seller's website and in its webshop include sea freight to Iceland (14–30 days) and 24% VAT unless otherwise stated.
